Here are the ingredients we chose to use in our bath salts and why we selected them:

​

Epsom Salts - a bath salt blend wouldn't be complete with this star ingredient. The list of benefits of this salt are endless but the main ones they are known for are detoxing, relieving stress, easing sore muscles and restoring magnesium  

Himalayan Salt - this purest salt on earth is rich in minerals that your skin and body will be happy to absorb

Baking Soda - soothes irritated skin and adds a silky feeling 

Citric Acid - adds a bit of fizz! 

Sunflower Oil - used as a carrier oil to dilute essential oils so they are not too harsh on your skin. Adds a luxurious feel to the water without leaving a residue behind

Essential Oils - mindfully selected for their relaxing, stress-relieving qualities to give you the best home spa experience
